The question behind everything

Where will your next stage of revenue growth come from?

Almost no company stalls for lack of effort. It stalls because the engine that brought it this far is no longer enough for what comes next.

01

Where the growth comes from

We analyse sales, clients and competition with data. The conclusion, not the report.

02

With what offer and at what price

Who to approach first, with what proposition and what economics.

03

With what process it gets captured

Prospect, quote and close repeatably, with a forecast you can trust.

04

Who holds it up afterwards

An owner, a deadline and a metric on every deliverable. The system runs without us.

What changes for you

From strategy to revenue.

We do not hand over a deck to file away. We design decisions, processes and roadmaps your team can execute and measure.

You know where the money comes from

An opportunity map built on numbers, not hunches. You know which client, which product and which market actually pay.

Your sales stop depending on heroes

Process, pipeline and forecast. The operation stops living in two people's heads and starts living in a system.

Your team can actually run it

Every deliverable comes with an owner, a deadline and a metric. If nobody can run it on Monday, we do not ship it.

Execution

If nobody can run it on Monday, we do not ship it.

Every decision leaves with an owner, a deadline and a metric.

How we work

Three ways to work together.

Every relationship starts by listening to the business, not by selling a template.

Best to start

Advisory Project

A defined project with clear deliverables, controlled commitment and a tangible outcome.

Ongoing support

Advisory Retainer

Close sparring for the owner or director on strategy, pipeline, key accounts and commercial decisions.

01

Free conversation

You tell us the challenge. We tell you honestly whether we can help and how.

02

Diagnosis

We look at your numbers, your clients and your competition. No assumptions.

03

Design

A prioritised strategy, with an owner, a deadline and a metric for every decision.

04

Execution

We support the rollout until the system runs on its own.

Honesty

What we do and what we do not.

A cairn falls because of one badly placed stone. We would rather say from the start where we serve and where we do not.

This is how we work

  • We tell you on the first call if we cannot help.
  • We deliver with an owner, a deadline and a metric.
  • Firm price before we start, no open-ended hours.
  • We support execution until your team can sustain it.
  • We convene the right specialist, not the available one.

This is how we do not

  • We do not compete on being the cheapest option.
  • We do not hand over a deck to file away.
  • We do not sell to a committee without a sponsor.
  • We do not promise outcomes that depend on you executing.
  • We do not take a project if the problem is not commercial.

From shock to fragmentation: what the 2025 energy data says

After two years contributing to the Statistical Review of World Energy, we contrast the energy world we documented with the 2025 data: from a shared crisis to a fragmentation of strategies, and what it means for Mexico.

The new fuel-theft registry does not fight fuel theft

Mexico's new self-consumption registry is sold as energy traceability, but the underlying problem is different: the tax authority and the energy regulator do not share information.

Questions

What everyone asks.

Do you work with companies my size?

We work with mid-sized, growing companies that already sell but have hit the ceiling of their current commercial engine. If you are the owner or director and your growth depends on relationships or individual effort, that is exactly our ground.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope. We work by defined project, by retainer or as a Fractional CCO. After the first conversation we send a proposal with objectives, deliverables, timing and a firm price. No surprises, no open-ended hours.

How long does a project take?

A commercial diagnosis takes three to five weeks. A full strategy with a roadmap, eight to twelve. Ongoing engagements are reviewed every quarter.

What happens in the first conversation?

A thirty to forty minute call. We listen to the challenge, ask the questions that matter and tell you whether we can help. If we are not the right answer, we say so and point you elsewhere. No cost, no commitment.

Do you deliver a deck and leave?

No. Every deliverable comes with an owner, a deadline and a metric. Where the scope includes it, we support execution until the team can sustain it without us.

Do you work outside Mexico?

Yes. We operate from Mexico with projects across Latin America and remote international work. We work in Spanish and English.
